Here are some answers for frequently asked questions regarding our new safety policies.

When will Fix Salon re-open?

Fix Salon cannot re-open until we have 2 pieces of information from the state. The first is an official date to re-open and the second are updated policies regarding occupancy and sanitation practices.

Can I schedule my appointment while the salon is closed?

We have decided to place all appointments on hold for the time being. This minimizes the need for continually rescheduling appointments. Once we have a re-open date we will send out notification to clients via email, Instagram and Facebook to let you know we are scheduling appointments.

What If I have an appointment already scheduled in the salon?

If you have an appointment scheduled while we are closed we consider it cancelled and will assist you to reschedule it when we re-open. If you have an appointment previously scheduled for a date after we are authorized to re-open that appointment will be valid.

Do I need to notify regarding my current appointment to avoid cancellation fees?

If you have an appointment during our closure there is no need to contact us to avoid cancellation fees. All fees are waived during this period. Our policy will be re-enacted once we re-open.

I am concerned about the financial well being of my stylist. How can I support them during the closure?

Because Fix Salon is an employee based company all of our stylist receive unemployment benefits from the state. We are regularly staying in touch with our entire team to check on their well being. If you’d like to send a supportive note to your stylist send them an email and we will forward it to them.

How can I support Fix Salon during this closure?

We have set up 2 resources of support for our clients during closure. The first is our curb side product pick-up program. We are offering 20% off all Redken, Pureology and L’Oreal until we are re-open. Place your order with us by email. All payments are processed through our Venmo account. Pick up is every Wednesday between noon and 3pm.

Online Gift Card sales. We are now offering the ability to purchase a gift card online. We are not considering this purchase as a financial savior during closure, but rather as a promise of your support when we re-open. Even a purchase of $20 will let us know you will be here for us when we are ready.

What steps is Fix Salon preparing when you re-open regarding client and stylist safety?

We have already established a new work schedule for our stylist that allows at least a 6 foot distance between our clients. To do this we will be open 7 days per week. This allows us an optimum opportunity to get in as many clients as possible while safely distancing.

We will have new sanitation protocols throughout the salon including disinfecting stations between every client.

Our staff will be supplied with the necessary PPE items needed to protect themselves and you during your visit.

What is the quickest way to stay updated on Fix Salon’s re-open date?

There are 3 options to stay up to date on our status. We will be sending out emails to all of our clients. Please ensure these are not going in your junk file. We will also be posting updates on Instagram and Facebook.
